Awesome zabeard, I really appreciate it! I am in Afghanistan, so I cant take measurements.. Can you tell me what needs to be measured(from where to where) and i will have the fiance take them for me?

Again, I really appreciate it!

EDIT:

I just asked if anyone over on F150online would take some measurements for me.. OOOHH.. its funny, i asked if anyone had them on their f150's, cause i was looking into getting some built, and one guy knew it was you building them lol.. I gave you some props even though you dont need them you are pretty much known everywhere lol

Get me a measurement from fender opening to fender opening. Then a measurement from the side of the frame straight out to the outside edge of the door. That should get me what I need.

I will make them the same as the Ranger ones. Then you can choose your own pitch and height. Personally I would almost lay yours flat. They will yield as a step and good protection. I could weld a diamond plate surface on the top too if you think that would look good.

Shipping will be a bit more I bet though. It gonna be a bit longer. lol

Ok fender opening to fender opening was - 99 5/8 in
Front fender opening to back of cab was - 87 in

Now the distance from the frame to the door sill wasn't straight. I measured where the brackets of my step bars were to the door sill, it was easier to grab the measurement than there than the actual door.

Frame to front of the front door - 14 7/8in
Frame to back of the front door - 13 3/4in
Frame to back of the rear door - 13 1/2in

I am a little bit confused on your measurement from the brackets of your step bars? Picture to confirm?

I just took the measurements beside the brackets of the stepbars, it doesn't have anything to do with them actually. I'll grab a pic tonight if you don't understand what I'm saying.

as long as the number is roughly the distance from the frame to to outside edge of the cab at the bottom we are good
