RP Caster belt length without A/C

Anyone know what belt length I'd need for an RP Caster kit (2003 Ranger) without A/C? I've measured different sections, but it's hard to guess what it's going to actually be. I can't get ahold of Ronald, but not sure he's messed with one without A/C anyway. Trying to get one so I can remove my A/C soon.

Any input is appreciated. Thanks.

Just an idea but couldn't you see what the difference in length is between the a/c version and non a/c on a stock truck... Then deduct the same amount from the supercharged a/c length from Ron?

I would assume it should be the same amount 'smaller'.

I know I ordered all sorts of different belt lengths just to have on hand during my install.

I just returned the ones I didn't use.

Seems like it yeah. I just wanted to see if anyone had actually installed one and had a confirmed length before ordering one. Not ripping it out until this weekend, so figured I'd ask. If I don't get an answer soon, I'll probably just do that and see if it's correct. Thanks.

Although now I've only seen conflicting lengths and am not sure on what the length is of a non-A/C belt.

With A/C is 86.5", without is 81". RP caster belt is 104.53". Now to locate a 99" belt...

Dayco P/N: 5060990, 99.02" for anyone that might come across this thread with the same question. Going to order and give it a try.

90.5" was actually needed despite simply subtracting the length of a non-A/C belt like mentioned. Not sure why. A couple trips to Autozone later and its up and running.
