i looked into it when i had mine...from what i read the block and internals will hold boost but you gotta run mls head gaskets, however i couldnt find the compression ratio anywhere...if its under 9 to 1 you can get away with 6-8 psi from what i found out you can also get thicker head gaskets or double stack them (yes its safe to do as long as you use stopper type mls gaskets) to lower your compression...i was just gonna run 2 small turbo's and tt it just so i'd spool up fast and have boost through my whole powerband...if you want more info on it pm me or im me on aol instant messanger my sn is sfkustomz obviously...i actually had a set up all planned out but then a deer hit my ranger, i dont have all the links anymore but i've been around enough turbo's to tell you what you need and what you can do. best bet though would be rebuild the engine with forged internals, pnp the heads with bigger valves, then run reverse turbo manifolds meaning the turbo's (yes 2) would bolt on top rather then on bottom and have them slightly coming out of the hood with big filters and just 3 inch straight pipe with side exits behind each front wheel through the bottom rear of the fender using a divorced set up on the down pipe's...but thats probly not street legal..
