its certainly possible especially if you have everything from the cobra.

These guys have a great kit for 4.6 swaps

http://www.rjminjectiontech.com/?p=15/

keep in mind fitment problems, if its a 4x4 your in for even more of a headache. and if it comes down to it just buy a cheap mustang or GT and swap the cobra parts over.

It will fit.
It will cost to make it fit.
Anything after 04 has PATS.
If you do it, as a DD it might suck.
Premium fuel, controlling all 900+ horses with a very light rear end.
This type of project would be better for a weekend toy.
More power to you.

I am finding the fact that his block is holding 900+ horses hard to believe. The factory terminator blocks were good for 700 from what I was told.

if its a 2.2 or 2.8 kb there is no way its putting down over 9xx. Even with a 150 shot and stock IRS that's not broken yet is very hard to believe. Why doesn't he join RF and ask questions not his friend?

A modular dohc 4.6 is much larger than a 460, someone should link him to zachs build thread as his 5.4 is comparable in size
