Couple new pics of the 7.3

Finally had a little time to install some flares I had got a while back from a local guy for cheap. Now I need to get my leveling kit and new wheels and tires to complete the look. I hate the look of the tires stuck in from the fenders..but I can live for now. Got a few more plans for it before the dunes trip in june, I'll make a build thread for that.

Fenders on, and my sweet home made grill cover. made from some glassboard and some leather over it I had laying around.

A long travel 4x4 ranger would look sweet being towed behind that. I wonder if you could get one in your area.

lol..yeah. its going to hurt going without it..but I'll be building a replacement in time.

I'm not sure on wheels or tires yet. but I'm really just watching CL right now for any good deals that pop up. just going with some 35's, on a nice set 16-18" wheels with a bit more width and little different offset to push them out a bit more.

That grille cover is pretty weak sauce. I built one out of ice because every day i start my truck 25 minutes before i drive and the snow on the hood melts/drains onto grille and freezes.

I bet urs helps it warm up nice and quick though

Looks good with the flares on there, you did some touch up's on the rusty parts though right?

it will def look better with slightly larger tires on it as well.

almost had something awesome for the dunes today. set of paddle tires local. I was going to impulse buy them..till I found out they were 15"..need 16 or larger to clear brakes. and he was going to do 400 for all 4
. would have been so rad to run them.

well..might still be a chance. sounds like they have very little offset, so much so it might not matter that they are a inch too small. hes going to send me a picture. the only thing i'm worried about is the amount of stress I'd be putting having so much wheel hanging out and not centered under the hub more
