mounting cb

I found a cobra 7 ultra at work but no one new if it worked and i was told if it work i could have and which it does so i took it. My original plan was to get some suction cups and mount it on the windshield like my sat radio is but at the bottom but we didnt have any brackets that would work with out having it at angle that would make it a huge blind spot. So this leaves me with 2 other options i like.

option 1

this one is my fav so far because i only would have to drill one hole and if i take it out you wouldnt notice anything is there. i check and it will not interfer with the gas petal unless you have one huge foot and if that is the case i doubt you would fit in my truck.

option 2

i dont really like this on as much but its still in a easy to reach places that still out the way.

Before I vote, hows the position of your foot and leg on the gas pedel? is there any rubbing or discomfort? I also like Even's.

i had a friend hold it up and it doesnt get in the way of my foot at all. I have thought about mounting it like evans but it covers up that little console thing and being a reg cab i need all the little storage i can get.

Its not to bad. You can still get to the storage place. The only thing i dont like about mine is the passanger cup holder can only hold shorter drinks, like a can. But i have made all my wires quick disconnect so it comes out in a matter of seconds.
