alternator pulley/efan/pulleys install off on

Is the alternator pulley nut reverse thread or not? pulley slipping when I threw a pipe wrench on it and cranked witha socket, not enough room for an impact wrench either. Anyone have any suggestions?

Thanks

its regular "lefty loosey". take it off if needed to use an impact gun. it's only 3 bolts.
heres a write up:

without the impact its gonna take a hammer and chisel.

if you're not worried about saving the old pulley then put a visegrip on the pulley to hold it. impact makes it EASY though.

Tested and worked great, fan came on with ac, and also when the the temp sensor was tripped (haven't set temp yet, gonna do it at work with a temp. gun). The pulley make it idle lower and quiter as well, noticeable power gain (not a ton, but then again, its not tuned yet, hopefully get a buddy to do it this weekend mabye).

Well, feeling sicker by the minute, I'm hitting the sack..........

Thanks for the help everyone......

Ok, tested it out a lil more extensively today (work and back) and everthing works great , just need to set the temp on the fan (guy at work is bringing on in on Fri.). I noticed the difference a little more today, it doesn't struggle/work as hard it seems to accelerate or hold speed. Also, punched it today at 40mph and it surprised me with a nice lil kick . Oh, and then the exaust sound sick now, real garthy and deep compared to what it was.

This is a must do for any 3.slow owner , only like 321 (203 for pulleys, and 108 for fan, and 10 bucks for some fuses(30amp, and add a fuse 10ampX2)) with fan, pulleys, and better fuse set up. Also, a cone filter like I have with a moded stock box or cold air intake helps.

Will post the MPG once this tank is done (~1 week)

Got a lil smiley happy, happens........
