I got a 97 w/manual trans. 5" stacks are still on it. Hood and fender are getting repaired when work slows down here in a month or so. Got a new front bumper on it, no more whips, installed cab lights and 3" down pipe. Repaired all of the oil and fuel leaks. Runs out good.
Going to strip the clear off the wheels and polish them, get some hub caps and an add a leaf up front and be done with it.

Just got it this spring:
00' F350 XLT - 7.3, 6-spd manual, manual t-case, manual hubs, ATC, etc., has cloth non-power seats though, gonna try to find some power-cloth.
Only mods being a Pioneer navi/multimedia unit, Infinity Reference speakers, Firestone M/T's, Autometer gauges (3x), MBRP dual 4" turbo-back, 6637 filter and a 6-pos chip from PHP.
I love it so far, got some repairs/maintence to do this fall/winter (drivetrain fluids, body work, injector o-rings update, Stancor GPR, etc.). Can't complain with my fuel mileage though!! Thinking about a 4" lift and injectors/38R next year.
EDIT - I haven't traded up though, still have my Ranger and GMC. Although haven't driven either for a while now.

Nice looking trucks guys
it took me a year to find a truck that had what i wanted and under 100k on the clock
now the early(03-05) 6.0s arent as bad as everyone makes them out to be IF they are taken care of and preventative things are done. ie. ARP headstuds if its already got headsteads then i would go ahead and get it the later 6.0s (06-07) are great my buddie has had two and never had an issue, running tunes even.
imo i like the 7.3 for its longevity they are known to go over 500k with no major work. but 6.0s make significantly more power, you gotta do some major modifications to get a 7.3 over 400hp while a 6.0 can do that with just a chip exhaust and intake.

Yes Its my new rig. I got it for a price I couldn't refuse and they gave me a decent price on my old 7.3l. I really like my new truck. I will probably upgrade the front clip to an 05-07 model and stuff down the road. But I'm going to just do the egr delete and coolant filter from dieselsite for now and just enjoy it. The tuner and exhaust will come with time
