ROUSH exhaust install

WICKED.......all I have to say...just FAWKING WICKED.

THe kit was sooo easy to install, the hardest part was getting everything
aligned properly to look right. Great construction. Mandrel bent, stainless....just a good product. Pretty throaty....tips are a really nice touch, they are stamped with "ROUSH" on the end of em.

Here's a couple of pics of the install....I'll get the video up later.

Destructions reading.....hahahahah

Stock Exhaust out:

FAWKING monstrosity (sp?)

Hard at Work:

The better half, telling me up....down....no wait down....back up:

FINSIHED:

Awesome sounding!

I've heard its ridiculous sounding, so loud and deep. And yes on the stock muffler being absoultly massive. Its about the size of a small midget haha

I have that muffler on my ranger and have the slightly bigger one on my moms 5.4L. I personally like the non "offroad" muffler slightly less drone. but it is a nice kit yes. both are still the roll a dang soft ball threw them tho lol

It's actually not as loud as I thought it was going to be. Inside, with the windows up you can't even hear the truck idle. When you get in it, though you can hear it. My ranger was louder (inside the cab) than this. I'm sure though it will change once the muffler is broke in. I'll get a video as soon as I can...been busy...I'm picking up the 5.0 mustang today, so I have my hands full.

The f150 has foam in the cab frame, and better sound damping all around then a ranger, my magna flow is the same cant hear it at idle, but when im driving its really loud. Looks really good though, i would like a sound clip and possibly a sound clip of the offroad version if anyone has one.

yea i think itll open up, looks good though. What are the specs for your truck? looks like an fx4, 5.4? kit is a cat back? If so i wonder what it would sound like with the cats removed and possibly headers?

I really need to look through this section more often. The exhaust on my 4.6 says louder than that and it's stock...

This is what it sounds like...
