Picking a Ranger's Parts
I bot a '93 Ranger for front clip body parts to repair my '94. I am nearly done with this project. Before I call a Cash-For-Your-Junk-Car guy, I'd like to grab more components off the donor truck. I am eyeing the A/C compressor and the windshield, maybe the radio, the wheel hub covers, lite bulbs, etc. U-tube videos tell me getting a windshield out is not an easy task but, while my cracked one passes inspection, I'm gonna give it a try.
The '94 has power windows and the pass side one slips when you try to raise it. (have to grab it and pull while pressing the button to close it). The '93 has crank/manual windows. QUESTION: Does the '93's window parts include whatever I need to fix the 94 to stop it from slipping or is everything too different to share components?
OTHER QUESTION: What other parts/pieces/bits would be a good idea to pick while I have this opportunity? You know, coz they are getting hard to find or more & more expensive?
NOTE: The '93 has the 3.0, A/T and is 2WD. The '94 has the 4.0, A/T and is 4X4.
