I have a 98 super cab 4x4, If I were looking for parts etc what years would i be looking for?

98 through 2000 but from what I have found with salvage yards and through Ford, some parts will be the same up to 2003.

 

as far as body parts go, 93- up all beds will interchange unless its a long bed to a short bed kinda thing. 93-97 all cab parts. interior changed a little. 98-07 the cabs are the same as in the whole cab doors, fenders all that good stuff is the same. rear axles 93- now will interchange. i had a 93 rear end in my 2002. they did not change much in 98 they changed the front part of the frame. everything can really be swapped some is a little harder to do tho.

 

uh......interior parts: 95-08 will interchange, chassis wise-front end: 98+, rear end: 93+, body parts-front: 98-00, rear: 93-current. Your front fenders are still being put on these trucks, '98-08. Drivetrain wise, depending on the engine, 93-08. ALot there. Interior parts, there's two shades of grey, I know 97 is lt grey and my 01 is dark grey.
