they are for sure different. did a superlift once, got the XLT arms, didnt notice it until the truck was re assembled. so had to tear it all down again.

Zack those were my upper control arms that were wrong not the tie rod ends.

D. from what I can tell on Rock Auto they are the same for all 1998+ rangers and b series trucks.
