Who has lights on top of their truck?

I'm interested in this myself. I've been looking for giant grommets with small openings and haven't been able to find them anywhere. I think they may be some sort of specialty product that hardware stores don't typically carry. Possible solutions I've come up with are: 1) Use large grommets with large openings and fill them with silicone to seal them, (2) use large metal washers with smaller openings and place grommets inside the washer's pre-drilled hole and affix the washer assembly where it's needed with some kind of epoxy or JB Weld and caulk or silicone around the edge for a tight seal.
If you find some awesome specialty grommets, let me know where you got them because I'm not crazy about either of the two possible solutions above.

Do you have a back rack of some type ?
A picture of the truck ?
I am adding roof lights but on a Visor, Lund LED separate lights added to a non-lighted Lund Visor.
I am going to use Windshield Sealant to seal the mounting screws and the wire hole which will be directly through the roof near a side pillar.
windshield Sealant isn't like regular silicone, it doesn't harden and it holds well to anything it contacts so no leaks if enough is used.

I've got an expo roof rack that I've already modified to fit, but just haven't installed yet. I'm trying to iron out all the wiring details just in case I want to do something different.
The latest pic of the truck:
The roof rack and my current idea for lights. (I also have a pair of Hella 500's, but I'm not sure if I want to mount those up there...

Nice feed thru but something like that will work or run the wire under the rack mounting rail and through the roof.
Make sure to run a ground wire up there too.
The ground does have to connect to the rack just the light grounds.
Make sure the ground wire is at least the size of the power wire.

I haven't found a solution I liked yet... I did, however, mount the roof rack:
Now, I'm waiting to get two sets of lights that I want. I'm not mounted anything on top just in case I get a basket in the future. The lights will be on the bottom of the roof rack rails. Once I finally get the lights, I'll know how many wires need to pass through the roof and figure out the wiring then.

I have about a dozen wires running from my roof into the cab so far the best way I have found is to run them around the weather stripping at the back of the half door and enter through the wiring boot there or go down the rest of the way to the split in the weather stripping.
I will try to get some pics of the various ways I have routed things.
in total I have 10 18 guage wires, 3 coax cables and 1 0 guage cable that runs all the wiring for my rear trafic advisor bar.

Is there any space on the underside of the rail ?
How did you seal the mounting hardware ?
Also, how clean do you want the install ?
I for one would not want wires running everywhere.

There's roughly 1.8 inches under the rail. The lights I found and like can go as low as 1.5", so that's no problem.

I plan on drilling small holes on the underside of the crossrails to snake the wires through. Then I'll drill another hole near the foot of the crossrail in order to bring the wires inside via a hole in the roof.

I used a razor blade, put a slit in the weather stripping, used 1 hot and 1 ground wire to the rack and ran it down inside the door frame to the engine bay and into the cab. completely invisible except for a 2" section from the door jam to the rack. then I ran the wires inside the rack to the lights. so you see absolutely nothing. *The rack is hollow, gotta remove the end caps*
