Drove 65 miles in 4th Low
Rant, i got married Saturday and I needed someone to drive my truck home. I had my then fiance drive it to the venue so family could use it to load all the stuff. So I let my mother have the keys. My wife gets in it this morning to run some errands and the 4wd low light is on. I tell her over the phone how to get it back in 2wd and then call my mother. She tells me she had to drive 40-45mph all the way because the RPMs were at 4k. She drove it this way for 65 ******* miles!!! Im at work and praying the truck is ok. I called and asked her about it and she didn't know how it got into 4wd low. Someone who knew the sequence had to have done it. This is why I'm very picky about anyone driving my ****. People see ***** and buttons and have to **** with it. This is all I need.

Assuming tires are all the same size trans/transfer case will be fine.
While it isn't optimal to use 4WD on dry pavement and no real reason to, it won't hurt anything if front and rear tires are all spinning at the same rate.
High engine RPMs for 65 miles just cleaned out the carbon, lol, thank your Mother for that.

Also burned a half a tank of gas. It just amazes me how oblivious some people are. Turning 4k for that long isn't a good thing by any means but hopefully the truck is ok.
