I don't see where they removed the 4dr option. In fact, it looks like they removed the 2dr option on S/C versions.

It makes sense to get rid of Grabber Orange. There has been a GO Supercab sitting on a local lot for a LONG time. Seems like that's a color that probably doesn't sell quickly.

Of course, maybe I just notice it because I want it.

 

Yeah the GO is a love or hate color. It won't grow on you. My G/F calls it Mac and Cheese, I love mac and cheese so I love GO.

 

I bet it would look frickin awesome powder coated black though :-D

 

So... I think I might hit up that dealer on the mac and cheese Ranger (MACR) once the '10's come out and see what kind of sweet deal they'll give me on mine. I'd love a back seat.... and 4x4... and a V6.... and power toys....and a slider window.... and MAC AND CHEESE.

Ok... too much to drink, time to go to bed. But I'm serious about the MACR.

Yeha that's true, but nontheless their are several around here.

 

i see mostly fx4's and 2wd extended cabs here

the 4x4 xlt's are far and few between.

Did anybody catch that, since when have they put rear discs on a ranger?

Brakes – Front Disc/Rear Disc (4-Wheel ABS)

Also is this they first year they didn't offer the 3.0, or did that happen last year.

 

I bet thats becuse of the new RSC system.

 

I have rear drums on my 2009 XLT, and they discontinued the 3.0 for the '09 model year.

 

The rear discs have to do with the new RSC then. It's the only reason I see they'd change it up. I'd like to see how they mounted the discs in the rear.

 

I can see a lot of 09 rear axle swaps coming...

the ford.ca site haven't updated their info yet. you can still order an 09' OG FX4 online anyways.
