3" BL or suspension lift?
I just bought an 07 ranger 4x4 and im looking to get it lifted but im on a tight budget. I know a 3" bl will run me $200 and around $500 to get it installed, while a suspension lift will run me im guessing around $2000 instaled. So im leaning towards the BL but if I do this dont I have to buy or fabricate a new front and rear bumper? If i would have to get new bumpers im starting to lean towards a suspension lift as the truck would look cleaner and would prob cost about the same im guessing.

I always recommend BL for 4x4s and Edges because of cost and since you already of plenty of suspension clearance.
If your were 2WD I would say suspension since it costs about the same as BL and it improves the suspension clearance so much. It ridiculous how low some of the stuff on the coil sprungs are. My power steering cooler is like 12 inches off the ground. Right front and center. I am just waiting for it to get smashed.

A body lift is a whole lot simpler than a suspension lift and it is also way cheaper. You can install a body lift in a total of about 8 hours if you have the right tools about 6. I installed a 9 inch suspension lift on my 96 powerstroke and it took a total of 18 hours over a period of a weekend
