BL with rino liner

BL with rino liner

How can I put on a BL if my bed bolts are coverd with out wrecking the rino liner ??

yep... grants my brothers truck G'sevo... has body lift with Rino liner..


take a REALLY sharp utility knife and just cut it around the bolts.. its really easy to cut...

Cut the liner around the head of the bolt and put a big washer on the new bolt to cover the liner that you cut.

Can I re-spray the new bolts ? Or do you think it will just peel off ?

I would just leave them uncovered, that way if you need to remove your bed in the future to replace a feul pump or something you wont run into the problem again.

he didnt no need... there fine... i dont like having them covered anyways if the bed needs to come off what a dumb idea...

this is why i like line-x, they dont spray over the bolts.

it depends on the installer


if you ask the installer even rhino will not spray the bolts if you ask

just cut around the bolts.. i found a dremel worked better than a knife..

I thought that the line-x, rhino, etc dealers are supposed to take off the bed bolts before hand to sand down the bed and then spray..Then put the bolts back in after it has dried up. Never had to ask them to take the bolts off in the first place, so i wouldn't have the real answer to the question, but yes they can respray the bolts for you though if you want

when i got mine done, they said they would respray the area of the bolts for free if need be.

they don't "sand down the bed" persay, they rough the paint a bit, but really to just get the clear coat off....

when i had my ranger they had covered mine as well ..i did what zach said cut it around the bolt, the new bolts will cover up the hole you made in the liner, i did not get my recovered as well i was pissed when they did cover them in the first place haha, never had a problem
