will not work. mounting brackets anyways. you will need custom mounting brackets being the ends of the frame are 100% different. its been done before it fits ok personally your best bet is a 01+ set up being its bolt on

 

ok thanks. saw a deal locally and since mine is dented and doesn't have a fog light valence, i thought it would've been a good idea to get it.
