A reply of "you don't get it" is in no way a joke. "On the streets you can race with shaved doors" is, in reply to what you said.

Look at the front tire towards the right side at the top, it looks cut-off like it was indeed just chopped in there.
The front bumper looks to be a dead give away....if there was any other shots besides TWO of the same front end..then maybe id retract my previous statement.

Actually. It MIGHT Be chopped. Ask yourselves the following...
Why are the tires so dirty ( sidewalls and all ) when the rest of the truck is so clean? How can someone clean a truck without getting any of the tires cleaned in the process? OR.. How can someone have their tires THAT dirty and not have dust/debris/dirt on ANY of the body panels?

I've seen many a vehicle (my own included) look just like that when coming out of the body shop. The body is pristine, but the wheels and tires are covered in Bondo dust. The shop will clean the body panels, but often neglect the wheels, since they will probably get dirty driving around the shop.
The "just painted" look of the vehicle, along with the dusty wheels, would definatley make me a tad nervous. It has the look of something that just rolled out of a Used Car Body Shop.
