96 Ford ranger----center arm rest

I have a 96 Ford ranger with bucket seats, and a center fold down arm rest. It is loose, I was wondering if anyone knew how to go about tightening the bolt that holds it to the drivers seat? Thanks Tom

Thanks for the reply. Found the plastic cover, and tightened the bolt.
