Link for Ford Tech's advice re hydraulic clutch linkage
This might be a repeat, but there are so many times questions come up with bleeding the hydraulic clutch linkage that it seemed reasonable to post this link. This is a slightly different method than usual. Tried it today and it works. Don't know how long it will be before air in the linkage shows up again, but at least today the shifting is smooth and the engagement point is where it should be on the pedal. Putting off dropping the trans until I purchase a new hard line that connects to the slave cylinder. Don't want to get caught with a messed up line that leaks because I could not get the quick disconnect to disconnect. With the hard line in the parts bin I can hacksaw the old line if necessary in order to drop the trans.
