http://seattle.craigslist.org/est/pts/293013206.html i really want 33's. but when i bought my truck, it had brand new 31's. so i was originally gonna wait until i wore them out and then go out and buy new 33's. im just wondering if the price he's asking is too much, and what your opinions are on buying used tires. also if i were to get them, they'd fit no problem?

i would wait. Personally, i dont like the rims enough to buy them. If i were to buy the set, i would want to get new rims but i know a lot of time would pass andi would not be satisfied. if you just need the tires, im sure you could find something else youd like.

 

talk him down some... those are pretty decent rims... that's why his price is so high

 

i bought some (4) 33x12.5r15 BFG's with about the same tread left and those same exact rims for $125 a couple of years ago.

 

if he would take $370 yes...

 

I wouldn't buy used x-terrains. Ones I've seen were all cupped. Pass.

 

I sold a nicer set of american racing (new condition)rims with goodyear mtr's(can't even be compared to pro-craps) for cheaper than $450......$350 if I was feeling generous?

 

Xterrains are the worst tire i have ever owned. I would stay away from procomp products. they wore like crap, and they bubbled, finally gave them away to a friend, and he had 3 of the 4 blow out on the trail.

 

yuck! those rims look like butt!
