No on the torsion bar change
2" to 3" is possible but 4" and over runs into new spindles because of Camber
The spindle needs to be parallel to the road for the wheel to sit flat on the road, this is called the Camber of the wheel

There is "some" adjustment, but even 3" lift can be a problem
For suspension lift you are moving the spindle farther away(lower) from the frame/body and it has a fixed pivot point, so at a certain point it can't be brought back to "level" so you will be driving on the outside edge of the tires

No, a different spindle allows you to lift your front end higher than 2", how you lift it is usually with longer coil springs
Sell 2WD truck and buy a 4WD, or buy a rusty/wrecked body 4WD and swap your body over, and do a body lift at the same time
4WD conversion can be done but often not very well, lol, frame needs to be boxed in the front and 4 wheel alignment is very hard to get right in DIY shop
