Icon8 Air Con ?

Hey y'all... I have a 2000 4x4, 3.0. I tried all the things posted to get my air blowing through the dash but still no luck. No vacuum hoses off anywhere. If I draw vacuum between the dash control and the black bubble thingy it will blow through the dash but if I shut the vehicle down and restart it the air defaults back to the defroster ????? Ain't nothin easy. Thanks for all the suggestions and if you have any more I would appreciate it.

Headed to the salvage yard tomorrow. I hope to get this air fixed before the real heat comes back. Thanks for the suggestions.
