99 ranger brake lines
left rear brake line blew out-- the mechanic said all lines are rotted and ready to go--anyway he charged me $350 for one brake line--he wants to do the others --am i getting ripped off?

yes. big time. And the rear is all hard lines expect the one rubber line that drops down from the frame to the axle.
