There's a bunch of positive reviews on jcwhitney's site but I found em cheaper on summit

I'm just curious about how strong that lip on the bed rail is, My bed doesn't have any sort of tie downs and I've just been runnin my ratchet straps to the clamps on my tonneau when I needed em but I don't think that's the smartest idea for the integrity of the tonneau

I got the idea when I looked thru my lmc catalog on this page:

However the bed tie down hook isn't actually listed as a part, just the screws and nuts that hold it in place

Am I better off just finding some factory tie downs out of a junkyard ranger? I don't care about drilling a couple holes in the bed

 

Ok well, does anyone have a set of these bed tie downs layin around that they wanna get rid of?
