Electric fan, headers with full exhaust, intake system, porting your heads, X-Cal programmer, gears, shed as much weight on the truck as possible, change bumper for rollpan, etc.
What about BOSS 3.0's tech stuff from RPS, it should have some cheap upgrades and stuff.
However, if I remember correctly from the nearly identical thread you posted a couple week ago, you had a ton of maintenence stuff to do but wanted to to mods first . . . the performance mods won't help a bit if the truck isn't being maintained to at least OEM spec.

oh its in tip top shape. I regularly flush and change fluids and am car savvy enough to know how to properly work on and maintain a vehicle but anything more than that is not up my alley, so this is why i post. already removed A/C, im not wiling to purchase tuners because of the cost (I want to but cant afford) and i have taken a grinder to her on more than one occasion to remove weight. just lookin for stupid ideas, ive got nothing better to do, unemployed and in school so what else is there to do...oh thats right

i have chewed several holes in the front side of the air box and cleaned the MAF and bought new filter, and just yesterday I disconnected Cat back exhaust cuz 1. it sounds meaner and 2. wont it give me better gas with less back pressure? if im wrong let me know i dont want to ruin my truck

well as I see it I have 3 "boxes" on my exhaust, one is cat and im guessing other 2 are muffler/silencers..? right? so after the first 2 boxes there is a joint and i simply disconnected the joint and took the pipe from the joint back to the tail and shifted it aside from the pipe that is in use, yes it is wide open and yes its loud but i have noticed a severe lack in power. so i used the press and chopped a circle of 16g sheet metal and bolted it onto the open end, the sheet metal hole is smaller by about 1/6 of and inch all the way around, i hoped this would give me a little back pressure. am i wrong in doing this? should I reconnect the pipes? if i do reconnect how would i get back to sounding similar to what it is now? thank you guys
