Back higher than front

On my 2005 ford ranger edge the back is alot higher than the front, what would be best to get, a leveling kit or what

The ford ranger Edge model has a torsion bar suspension. the torsion bars can be 'cranked' to raise the vehicle. Do get an alignment after doing so, as this can throw off those measurements and cause uneven tire wear.
