Rims and tires for a lifted ranger

I'm planning on doing a 3" body lift on my '06 ranger, and have found a set of rim's and tires that will work on a lifted cherokee. I am just wondering if these will work on a ranger too. I'm pretty sure both the cherokee and the ranger have a 5X4.5 bolt pattern. Any help would be appreciated.

Its a set of aftermarket rims. Not sure what the offset is. I found the package on JC Whitney, and it doesn't seem to show the offset of the rim, just that it works with Cherokee's with a lift installed.

Swamper TSL Tire and Wheel Packages - JCWhitney

when you put in the vehicle information, it comes back as working for a 2001 cherokee, but says it does not work for a ranger.

Yeah, they'll get chewed up quick on the road, just one of the options I'm looking at right now.

if your want to run a swamper look into the ssr or the tsl radial. the standard tsl's are biased ply with is what tears them up...not to mention the crap ride.

Any idea where I can get a set of the 33" radials on a set of steel rims that work for the ranger?
