No, the "Ranger lean" it quite famous really, if its very slight, I wouldn't worry about it... Could be a number of things but I highly doubt its your frame...

I can't see any pic if you posted one, but can you be more specific? refer to the sides as driver or passenger. Right or left indicates perspective that we have no frame of reference for.
There is such thing as the "Ranger Lean". resulting from the Gas tank and driver sitting on the drivers side. so with a full tank and someone behind the wheel there tends to be a lean. Sometimes all it takes is a full tank.

Ranger Kid 17 ,
I see by your sig it's a 94 .Is it leaning low on the passenger side ? Or the driver's side ? Low on the driver's is normal over time as that is the side the gas tank is mounted.
Sometimes the truck will look as if it is leaning due to the ground it is parked on.
Because of the age I would just attribute the lean to a sagging spring.

well hold on guys no one got hit in the truck when i bought it, its leaning passenger side but now i really think back the reason was that it was parked on a hill.. no big deal really and yea also when i took my bedliner off it looked like something punctured(sp?) the bed like something metal... that my only concern.. the punctured side is passenger towards the tail gate....... have no clue what it is. all i know is when i go over a bump you can hear it squeak from it moving up and down.
