whats everyone running in the 1/4 mile? i just want to know if its just me or should my truck be running faster cuz everyone else seems to be running faster than me

Me too... in the 1/8th :roll: I would say I am somewhere around 20-23 seconds (yes, it is that slow)

i run a 9.8 in the 1/8th....

Last time i was at the 1/4mile... ran a 15.6, tracks werent stickin... :(

My VERY BEST time was a year and a half ago, I ran a 16.33 at 83 mph.

Of course, I'm also a 3.0 AUTO supercab, so it's not a terrible time....

Bone stock was a 17.33 at 78 mph.

You're still in the 9's? Hmmmm.....I think you're underselling yourself :D


Doug904 ran a 9.0 in the 1/8th at Birmingham....his besst 1/4 so far was a 14.28, but that was before the new gears, headers, and a couple of other items. His 9.0 was with the stuff.

Heck, I'd be lucky to break 11's in the 1/8th right now.....

How do people figure a 1/4 mile time using the 1/8th as a reference? Don't you add roughly 4 seconds?

I ran 12 seconds........then realized hurricane charleys 100mph winds helped push me there faster.

My fastest was 17.6 and that was awhile ago, haven't ran since then.

Best stands at 16.65 in the 1/4 for basically stock.

ok how r u guys running faster than me my fastest was today was a 16.9. i have a pretty much bone stock 4.0L with an auto all i have done is removed silencer and k&n air filter.

12.26 in the 1/4(hitting the rev limiter 20ft before the lights)
