blinkers not working

I have a 1994 ranger 2 wheel drive 4 cylinder 5 speed. My blinkers won't work. I have replaced both flashers, checked all fuses and replaced the blinker assembly. Still no blinkers. Hazards work fine. Any ideas???????

Does the blinker bulb light up but not flash or are there just no lights at all when turn signal stalk is moved to turn right, for example?

The hazard and brake lights use the same fuse(15amp) but the turn signals use a different fuse(15amp).

There should be a way to bypass the turn signal stalk to see if it is the culprit, but I don't know where the easiest place to do this is.

This is for a 99; won't guarantee it will work, but it should give you an idea of the process...

Check fuse 10 (7.5A mini) in the interior fuse box. If OK, check for voltage on the OR/YW wire at the electronic flasher assembly. If present, jump OR/YW to LB at the flasher key on, and check for a solid light during turn signal operation. If OK, the wire harness and multi- function switch are fine and it needs a electronic flasher. If still no lights, check for voltage on the LB wire at the multi- function switch. If present, check for voltage out on the LG/WH with the left turn signal on and WH/LB with the right turn signal turned on. If none present, it has a faulty multi function switch.
OR - orange
YW - yellow
LB - may be light brown (check against what you find in there)
