Rear end of my frame is a little bent. How to fix?

So the very ends of my frame at the rear are a little bent right where my bumper is supposed to go with the BL brackets on. Its not terrible but its enough that the brackets don't fit. What would be the best and easiest way to fix it? I'll try to get a pic of it asap but I wanted to know if I could possibly hammer it enough or if I need to torch it first. Thanks for any help.

Added pictures. In the first pic, you see the corner of the frame near the center of the photo, that is what is bent, it pokes outward to the right a little, as well as on the other side, but on the left its actually cracked and bent.

Well as you hopefully know the good ole southern way is to hook a chain to it and have another vehicle goin the opposite way of the bend and yank it out. or tie off a come-a-long to a tree and yank it out that way. the vehicle one is quicker and more fun!!

OR you can heat it and beat it out with a small slegde.

If you have a torch, hammer and heat just enough until you can get the brackets bolted on then arcweld the frame crack.

I don't have access to a torch or welding equipment. Do you think somewhere would rent a torch out? Or is there a cheap one I could buy? I don't know what else I would need one for after this.

the best and SAFEST fix for that since you dont have acces to any torches or welders is to take it somewhere and have it heated and bent back into place and that part of the frame welded. most shop's like that shouldn't charge more than $75 or so. Its really that all that bad. just a pain because you cant get your bracket back on..lol!

Okay, I'll give a shop I know a call and see what he will charge me for it. It's pretty irritating since its bent just enough to not work. Oh, and the fact that I didn't know it was like that when I bought the truck..
