Don't be bummed. It is apparent you treated it well and it was a real nice truck, its too bad others don't have the same care.

All you can do is treat your current one the same.

Thats how some people treat vehicles... Thats how alot of people treat vehicles, as nothing more than transportation and don't take any pride in the condition of their ride...

I agree b/c at school theres prolly only 10 vehicles that are really clean, including mine...and In my neghborhood our nextdoor neghbors vehicles have never been washed never... My truck and my moms car and this one lady that drives a cadillac CTS are the cleanist ones. I usually wash mine every 2 weks...

Try having your own dad to that to your old car I still try to take care of her best I can. Anyways, sorry to hear about that. Hopefully someone new will pick it up and bring her back to good condition!

I am contemplaiting trading in my '03 to buy it back. The best upside to this would mean no more auto loan.

dont keep the level II you will have nothing but having to rebuild the old one and then **** will start going wrong with it and you will be dumping more $ into it

That is true, but then I would own the truck out right, no more payments (I still oewe about 11k). I would also have a truck that I am willing to mod. I would be able to put in lockers, a lift, and other good stuff and not feel like I am throwing away the money spent on the stock parts.

I just called and they said they would sell it for $2675 Bottom line.

Yeah buy it back if you can. Sometimes but mostly dumping $$ into an older truck or car is better then huge (if not) truck payments. Your Level II is awesome then again, you would bring back memories. :)

Well I bought it for $2600 It sounds like there is some work that needs to be done the engine and drive train, but it still runs.
I still have the Lvl II, I put it up on autotrader for $17850. I know it is high, but that is the point. If it by some amazing act did sell then i would have plenty to put into the '96.

I will try and get soem pics for you guys later.

My plans are to get the engine and drive train running well as a daily driver and as an off road truck. Then start adding the off road accessories. If anyone in the portland area can help with the work, or guide me in the right direction I would appreciate it.
