Need help choosing Hi-Lift Jack size

I am going to get a hi lift jack but I am unsure If I should get the 48" or 60". My truck is now lifted 6" over stock (2wd xlt with coils).

Anyone buy the 48" and wish they got the 60"? The 60 isnt much more but I wouldnt be able to keep it in the cab very easily.

i would get the 60" just for the sake of a little more lift hight. you could always bolt it down in the bed and lock it down with high lifts lock down kit.

48 fits behind the seat, and in the bed at the tailgate perfectly. i wouldnt worry about a 60" unless you were a lot higher. i wouldnt trust the hilift at full lift, very unstable.

60"

i have the 48, and with only the 3" BL lifting it from the tow hooks up front even to get a wheel off the ground, put it at the higher end of its range.. now im up 8"+tires, i may end up selling it and getting a 60"

but like ^he^ said.. theres not many places you can jack from

I got a rear hitch and plan on getting a front one as well. I may also get one of those hook thingies to lift the wheel up. Want to sell me your 48?

if you ever plan on winching with it, get the 60, otherwise, i'd go with a 48.
