Mods: if this is in the wrong section, please move.


Well, as some of you know, i am going to be making the big step to the Full Size mod soon, but HAVE to sell the Ranger to do so..

so, i need to know what you all think i should ask for the Ranger.. im gunna be selling it here in germany..

2000 Ford Ranger 4x4 sport xlt 4Door
<85000 miles.
35X12.5R15 BFG MT's with < 2K miles on them.
Gibson dual exhaust.
double lifted
roll bar w/ 4 kc 150 W Long Range Lights
Catlle gaurd with 2 150 W KC lights
CB ready( all wiring hooked up, just no CB)
Red Top Battery.
Full Tune up less than 1K ago( wires, plugs, Coil pack, oil change, cleaned maf)
4.56 Yukon gears prof. installed
new front brakes(disks and pads)

because i owe a little bit on it(not Much), but the wife doesnt think we can afford to have both.. which she is correct.. its honestly going to be the hardest thing i have ever done lolkinda like getting rid of my first love..

Check KBB and NADA for prices. Then check what they are going for in auto trader.

 

well the KBB is almost 8 i think.. but im kinda wanting a little more for all the mods.. but im not sure what..

im sure you will support me on this right christian? lol

 

Mods don't add value unless you find someone willing to pay for them and a dealer won't pay for them. If you want money for the mods then your best bet would be to take them off and sell them separately.

 

i understand that dealers wont pay for them.. im wanting to know what everyone else thinks i should ask for the truck with the mods on..

 

you can find some 17 year old that wants a jacked up pick up that will pay more for that haha, hell, if my buddy can sell his 95 sierra scratched dented and bent frame in the rear on 35s with a 7" lift and 4" bl for 8 grand, im sure you can find someone willing to pay a little extra

 

yeah, i jsut added up what i kinda need from it.. OUCH. think im gunna be loosing some lol.. I was stupid and took out a small loan for tires and lift when i first got in the air force.. God I hate having to pay for my stupid mistakes lol

anyway... sad to see you selling the Ranger -- was looking forward to having another R/F Ranger semi-nearby towards the end of the year. :(

 

turbo- dude i will still stay on here and still go to meets.. I will always have a soft spot in my heart for rangers, and eventually i will get another one.. maybe a few deployements down the road lol

There is no dealer trade in going on so whoever buys the truck is going to want all the extras on it...and should pay a little more for them...There arent that many trucks in Germany let alone modded ones...

thank you rueber.. and yes, from the research i have done, and the bases i have been to, i am 99% sure, my ranger is the MOST Modded Ranger in Germany.. If not the most modded 4X4 truck in germany.

Maybe the truck is down here. We don't know what's going on without any info.

 

if you have paid attention to MOST of my threads, ANY OF THEM WITH ANY INFO ON MY TRUCK, especially the offroading ones, you would know i am in germany lol.
