1995 4x4 3.0 Motor locked up?
No signs or indication of any engine troubles at till I was on my way home from work and it shuts off going 65 so I coast off the road and it won't start back only thing it does is clank the starter on the flywheel then nothing so I bought a starter and same thing so I check the entire ignition system and nothing wrong so I put a ratchet on the crank bolt and it won't budge so my question is any ideas and what could cause this or if it'd be fixable at all?

Welcome to the forum
Most likely scenario, from your description, is that the oil pump failed so engine bearings heated up and seized, not at all common but can happen
So engine needs to be pulled out and rebuilt, if possible, or replaced, need to inspect the engine internally first, unless you just want to replace it
You can used a 1995-2008 3.0l Vulcan engine from a Ranger or B3000 as replacement
You will swap over your current intake to replacement engine to match wiring and fuel system, also new cam synchro to match its wiring

No, not very likely from your description, you would have mentioned ALOT of noise, even with radio at full blast and ear plugs in, you would have heard that
Bearings heating up and seizing is quiet, engine just starts to slow down and then stops turning..................forever, lol, well until bearings are loosened and removed, right now they are, in essence, welded to the crank, which is why you, or the starter motor, can not turn it
The timing chain gear on the crank would have spun on the crank key way if chain broke and locked, so starter motor could still turn engine over, as could you, it just wouldn't start
Check if you have oil in the oil pan, dipstick
My wife ran her engine after something in the road came up and punched a hole in the oil pan
Her oil light came on but she kept driving it, lol, fried/seized the engine
Asked her why she didn't pull over and call me, she said, "well if its was THAT important they should have had a Buzzer as well as a light, don't ya think?"
Can't argue with that logic
But point being, since it was a road hazard that cause the damage our insurance paid for most of the engine swap/replacement, a used engine with lower miles

Motor can be from manual or automatic, 2wd or 4x4
But needs to be from a truck/van, not a car
You have a 3.0l OHV Vulcan engine, Ford also had a 3.0l DOHC engine for awhile and it won't work for you
You will need to remove bolt on parts from old engine to install on replacement engine to match wiring and hoses
