Oil leak from rear expansion plug?

I have oil leaking from a small circular metal plug on the back of my 4.0L engine. From the bottom, there is the crankshaft seal, then up from that is a threaded bolt w/o a head, and then up from that is this ~1.25" diameter metal circular plug.

Is this small circular plug PN: 6026 on the ford oem parts website? It appears oil is leaking from here and dripping down.

Usually oil doesn't run uphill. Replace the upper plug. Remove the lower plug and either add teflon sealant or replace it's O-ring if it has one.
