Post Cool story

A feller here at work has a early 90's model 2wd Ranger that has over 350,000 miles on it WITHOUT a engine rebuild or any major work...He hauls hay all the time and has a farm, he said hes put probably 50,xxx off road miles on it...Thats a testimony..He said hes tried to get ford to put him in a commercial hauling stuff and get hime a new truck but they said know, even after a local ford dealer was at his house to see his truck pull a trailer full of hay bells..

Its an old beater and its Auto...i hope my ranger holds out...I dont know the engine size either

I'm over 70k with no problems beside replacing the stock battery. Hopefully it keeps running strong.

I got 177k and I can make a very large list of stuff I have replaced and what needs replaced. I have owned it for a little over a year and its had a tuff year on and off the road. I think the last owner took it off road also judging by the amount of dirt, sand and rust I found in places you dont normally get it.

Wow. That's a long running truck.

Approaching 90k in mine. Nothing major at all yet. Replaced the driveshaft because of slip bump but it could've been fixed with some grease or traction bars.
