value of my truck
what would yal think an 07 4door xlt 4.0 auto, jba headers, pioneer 6800 h/u jl tr 5x7s, eclipse 4 ch amp. 12k miles would be worth if i sold it on my own....
im going to get a street bike as my only vehicle and i cant afford insurance on both and gas... so my rents are either going to keep my truck for my sister or trade it in for her car...
would it be worth more if i put it back to stock?
let me know

I would say put it back to stock. Chances are someone that would buy that is not going to be looking for an already moddified truck. The amount of money you will get for that stuff separate from the truck will prolly be more although taking out the headers might be costly in itself unless you are going to do it yourself.

0-60 mph (0-100 km/h), 5.75 s. 1/4 mile, 14.6 s @ 88 mph
Maybe not as good as a recent sport bike, but I'm sure better than your pit bike and better than just about anything else on the road.
I'd strongly recommend picking up something cheap that you don't mind dropping for your first 6 months or so, esp. if you haven't ridden in the rain much, UNLESS you already have a fair amount of experience. You ALWAYS get to sell it for the same as you bought it for or more if you keep up maintenance. New bikes are mostly for suckers, esp. since most new riders end up finding that the hobby takes too much effort to be serious transportation early on. Later on if you catch the bug start throwing money at it.
MSF is great, too. Do MSF, then race school after a few more miles of experience and your riding gets soo good.
I understand Texas is mostly straight roads? To be honest, that's pretty boring with a motorcycle... No reason not to develop some skills that'll pay off in roadtrips to the good roads though.
If you've done a lot of riding already, forgive me the advice but understand it's said in the hopes of you ending up a lifelong rider, with a long life of riding. In any case, you get to ride your own ride. Have fun!

now your just stereotyping... i know how to respect a bike, and i know what i am capable of and what i am not. ive been riding off road for almost 4-5yrs so a bike is nothing new to me.
and as far as tx roads go, they are pretty straight, but i will go to the track(road course) with my friends dad and his race team and ride the road course with them on weekends.
and being on a bike gives me a certain feeling of freedom that i cant get anywhere else, so i am determind to get a bike.
ill be takin the MSF course in 2 1/2weeks with my dad and then going the next step and buying a bike
