Spark plug broken in head

1998 4 cylinder #3 plug under intake manifold. Probably the original plugs on over 250,000 mile truck. Any suggestions? Just leave it be and let the other plug take over?

No, inside will blow out fairly fast possibly damaging something on the way out.

Good read here: http://www.federalmogulmp.com/en-US/...wist%20Off.pdf

So you will need to use a square "easy out" to remove it, the round ones can be used if thats all you have or can get
You may need to pull the intake to get the room to work but it for sure needs to come out.

See if you can drill the insulator and pull it out with a smaller easy out
