So I went to the junk yard today after reading the forums yesterday and realizing that a Explorer cluster with a tach will plug and play in my 99 Ranger. So while i was there i noticed an newer model Explorer with a steering wheel, airbag and cruise controls that i liked better than mine (probably a 03 or 04). I need a clockspring and cruise controls anyway so my question is will they fit? Can i put the whole steering wheel from an 03 or 04 Explorer on my 99 Ranger? Will it plug to my current clocksping. If it needs the clocksping from the correct model will that clocksping work in my 99 without any modifications?
