Icon4 Clunky Tie Rods on New Rangers

So I just got back from the local dealer, for my 15000km service. I mentioned a clunk noise coming from the front end. They looked at it and found the inner tie rod ends to be loose. There is a TSB out on it, http://www.ford-trucks.com/tsb/tsb.p...y-2007/t-19844
and they're going to warranty it of course.

It seems ridiculous to me that a tie rod could fail this easily. 15000km (9320miles) is not very much driving... I hope the replacements are more resilient.
