Code 177?

Got a Code 177, the book that came with the scanner said HEGO sensor fault/always rich....Chilton says HEGO shows system always lean (left)....I'm alittle confused....

I'm having problems with it running rough, instead of rewriting the story here is a link to it....https://www.ranger-forums.com/forum2...-cel-came.html

Found this last night....Ford Mass Air Flow Sensors | Suite101.com .... I have already changed the O2 sensors out. The thing is that it is only intermittent, that's why I'm leaning toward the electronic side of the truck.
