I may just get another ranger. ****ty thing is I already bought 4.56's and install kits to regear the SOB. If I do end up getting another ranger i'm going to strip this thing down and send it packing. I'm going to keep everything except the frame for spare parts or maybe part it out. I've already spent close to 3k on it. I paid $3100 for it.
Notice how the spare tire carrier is completely rusted off. I've also replaced a section of the rear frame already. I did that about a year ago.

Freddie- This POS was originally a PA truck. After that it went to Wilmington which is a city on the coast of NC.
Ranger- I'm looking for another Bright Atlantic Blue Ranger and if I find one i'll stuff the gears in that.

My frame is very rusty, now I know where to check.
This also reminds me of another story, I went to a car show and started looking at an old truck (model-T era) which had a wooden frame. The frame was maybe two 8"x2" planks of wood and sealed like a deck. While I was looking at the truck, the owner just noticed that one part of the frame had almost cracked in half and that is was not safe enough to drive home. He was pissed. Elmers wood glue migt have helped
