for the deer hunters out there....

i have been hunting for 2 years. i was only able to go twice last year and managed to get a nice doe. i got my first buck last nite. he has a messed up rack. a nice 5 point in the right side and a 2 point on the left. he needed to be taken out because of his bad genes so i made him my first buck....http://i37.tinypic.com/20tp5j7.jpg

nice buck but just because his rack is messed up dosent mean he has bad jeans he could have damaged his antlers while there were developing and stunted their growth.

yeah most likely he was either hit by a car, damaged his antler's earlier or damaged a gland on his hind legs( or his manhood) from a barb wire fence or something. there really is no telling but he was a big body sized buck and i didnt want to take the risk of him breeding more weired racks.

congrats on your first buck. I think the rack is cool on it its something different. did anyone else you hunt with shoot anything? I was able to shoot my first mule deer this year and our groupe was able to fill all five tags in two days (1 mule deer and 4 whitetail). anyways here's a pic of my deer just cus I can.

I don't know how you hunters do it.. I still feel bad about killing a bird with my bb gun when I was ten. I could never gut a deer id puke.
