Should I buy back my old Ranger?
So,

I get a call today. The guy that bought my Ranger is looking to sell it due to the fact that his wife has MS and can't drive any longer.

Soooo tempting. He's only put 12k miles on it since he bought it. He's kept Amsoil in it and I see it all the time. It looks no different.

I know I won't buy it back, but man this is funny.

If I had to choose between a BMW, that you are thinking of and your old Ranger, I'd have to go with the Ranger. Call me dumb, but I like these trucks.

12,000 sounds like he's asking a bit high.

Buy it back. Sell the jeep and get a lower end bmw. Then you have the best of both worlds. I know I couldn't have just one vehicle.

its a nice truck but didnt you lift the TJ? that would be way more fun to wheel than the ranger

Save your money and build up that TJ like Beard said it will be much more fun to wheel.

I'd rather wheel a Ranger over a TJ, Wheelbase goes a long way

Don't buy it back. It's your old truck but it isn't yours anymore.

i'd buy it back, if i could even if gas was 10$/gal i'd buy my ranger back.. alot of memories in that thing

Lol, I said in the post I wasn't going to buy it from the guy. As for the guy that posted above me, memories go a long way! If I had the spare money I'd definitely buy it back.

I looked at a Dodge Charger R/T last night with the 5.7L Hemi. Deal was right, insurance going up $400 a year was ridiculous. I had to can the deal :(

You can't drive over stuff in that Charger... it may be fast, but, you did have the 4.0! Plus I'm not a big fan of Jeeps anyway... Yea there nice but, there just not for me.
