Took My truck offroading
I went to a light trail up north of malibu off deer creek road.
I also took my roomate who has never been offroad in his life. infact hes never ridden in a truck before mine. He is extreamly sheltered. He works as a programmer for a company and hides behind a keyboard as he has most of his life.
I couldnt resist. The trail is carved along a small mountain about 800 feet up and takes you up to about 1400ft and theres a straight drop off one side about 4 feet from the trail for most the of the drive.
All in all you could take a subaru down the trail its not incredibly harsh but its steep going up and theres a few spots where your truck gits a good tilt going on toward the drop off.
Anyway, heres a few short videos, the rest are in my list of videos on youtube. I played the entire thing out to be this sick thrill ride that was certain to end in some major catastrophy. Yes I am cruel >:)
Here is a pretty steep incline I managed to get my truck up (kinda) I leveled the camera view with a tripod and using the horizon which was directly behind me.

Small hill I bounced my truck over
YouTube - I call my truck Skippy
Theres a few more in my video collection. Listening to my roommate scream is worth the watch. He was scared out of his mind and I was blowing down the trails at a pretty slow clip for how light they were. hope ya like

Its off deer creek road and PCH theres a large runoff for the tourist but if you go up the bends a little further you will see a narrow trail with what looks like a gate thats been pwned. its maybe a mile total once you get onto deer creek. You can see one of the trails that goes up the side of the mountain from the road. If anyone wants to go up there I usually go up on sundays.
