Ok, so I was bored since I cant do anything else on this computer - its slowly dissintergrating... anyways, i was window shopping on Ebay and came acrossed this ad:
Now I know its total BS and you know its total BS but I wanted to check their response to my question. Now, to get this out of the way, i am no mechanic by no means... so here it is:
"considering the changes in engines in the past 15 years with the ranger, how can one module work for all engines? in 1988 the ranger was carborator based, today, they are fuel injected... which leaves the question, is this for real or a bunch of BS? Also, if it were 'with in manafactuer guidelines' why dsidnt the manafactuers implement it?"
this is there response:
Some of the later model '88 Rangers were fuel injected, so they would be included in the Rangers that the Accelerator will work for. The Accelerator stays within the manufacturers guidelines in the fact that it will not remove any limiters that were implemented. As for why they didn't use a module such as this, your guess is as good as mine.
Thanks for your interest!
now, correct me if im wrong but doesnt their listing state the exact opposite?
