If the fan fuse is OK , the next (and most likely) cause is the blower resistor .
It is mounted below and just to the right of the blower motor.
The resistor pack has a thermal fuse that is not replaceable , you must replace the resistor pack.
Be prepared that the connector most probably will also be done for.
Mine was not only corroded but partially melted.
